This is an ultra light, durable, adjustable headlamp that gets the job done without paying twice as much for the name brand versions! With an IPX5 Waterproof rating it can handle rain, and will last up to 8 hours on a charge! 150 Lumens is plenty bright without being so bright you blind everyone around you, and it even has a low brightness mode to increase battery life and a red light mode to walk around at night without having to adjust your eyes to the light! 

You might be worried that the shock cord head straps will be uncomfortable compared to a full strap, but I've been using a similar style headlamp for years and it has never bothered me personally! In fact I actually prefer the cord style because it keeps your head from sweating while hiking!
